I got a publisher!!!

Hey all! How has everyone been? Good I hope. I am doing good, as always been busy. I found a publisher! I signed my contract and now am working with the editor and all that fun stuff. I am still working on the next book also, so I am staying busy. I just got a website today, but I haven't designed it yet. I am going to gt my hubby to help with that part. He is real good at that kind of stuff. I love being married to such a smart, creative person. He can do all the things I can't, which to me seems like a lot. He is very supportive of me, no matter how I feel about myself, he always tells me I am smart, pretty, and all the good things I need to hear. I will post on here my website address when it is ready so you can check it out once it goes live.
I love conspiracy theories. I don't believe them, but I still like them. Some of them are so far out there you have to laugh. I was searching through some of them the other night and came across one guy that you just have to see to believe. His name is David Icke. He is English. He is... well, let's say he got his hands on some really good drugs. lol. This guy really knows how to sell his unique brand of b.s.
It is like building a house. You have to start with a solid foundation. He builds a solid foundation of truth. When he gets to the middle of the building, he throws in a few of his theories, but nothing major, still building on the truth. Once he gets to the top though, it all goes out the window, total bull.
His theory is that reptilian aliens are running the earth. They take the form of humans, and everyone in power is one of these aliens. I know, stick with me here. It is in every country, the queen, our US presidents, Russian, all of them. And they all are being run by the illuminati and the masons. You know every conspiracy has them involved, they are a very busy bunch.
I told you, he has the good drugs. I watch the videos for his ideas and laugh. I really can not believe he has made money off of this stuff. If you got the time and want to see how normal you are, check him out. He is good for a laugh.
Speaking of laughs, I watched Stephen Lynch the other night. You cannot watch him if you are easily offended. He is very politically incorrect, but he is funny. I love comedy, so I am always on the look out for some one new. Well, I guess I will get out for now. More work to get done. See everyone later!!!

Hello all

Hey guys! How has everyone been? Good I hope. I am still working, trying to find just the right publisher for my book, which is now complete, looked back over, rewritten, and edited. I just am trying to find the perfect place to take it to, because I want to have a long term relationship with the publisher, but I don't want to have to give up all my rights to the book. I know, I sound silly, I probably should just go with anyone who will pay for the book, but I feel like it is one of my children. Oh well, I will find the right way to go.
I lost my sweet dog, Guido, to illness before Christmas. It broke my heart, he had been such a sweet baby. I went back and forth on whether or not to get another. My husband went online a couple of weeks ago to petfinder.com and saw some really sweet dogs on there. I found this really cute little puppy that looked like a teddy bear that I thought would be cute. We talked about it as a family and decided to go to the shelter and see the animals. The one I saw on the site was adopted so we just decided to keep looking. I wanted a smaller dog, a little lap dog that I could cuddle with. We looked around and my youngest found a young dog, only ten months old, who had been returned to the shelter three times because the families wanted an outside dog and she wasn't. Her name is Sara, she is half husky, half rough collie, and all beautiful. She has the blue eyes of the husky, and my little one feel in love. She wasn't the little dog I had thought I wanted, but she was so sweet, I couldn't say no. I just thought we would adopt her, she needed a loving family, and we have plenty of love to give. I knew if I wanted to, in a few months I could get the puppy I wanted for my own. As usual, things don't always come out the way you plan. Sara worked her way quickly into my heart. She is a diva. We keep her inside and take her out with us to walk, play, and for exercise. She loves to sleep in our bed at night, and only one person can sit on the loveseat at a time. If two people sit there, she has no room and will give you dirty looks, bark at you, and try to get you to play with her until you move so she can have her seat. I have to admit, she is everything I wanted and more. She now has a permanent spot in our family, and we couldn't be happier. If you are considering adopting a pet, give petfinder a look. Rescue dogs are wonderful.
We survived yet another snowstorm. The worst part was the kids got two extra days out of school, and I had to put up with them. I still say all schools need to become boarding schools all year round. lol. I get dirty looks from my kids every time I say it. I love to mess with them. I really don't know what I would do without them though. I love my kids, but you don't tell them I said it lol
Well, I am going to sign out for now. Today would have been my mother's 57th birthday. Tomorrow it will be 8 years that she has been gone. I still love you, mom. Goodnight all, be safe.

In Memory of Carlee Morse

It is with a heavy heart that I am writing this blog today. I come from an extremely large family. Though we are spread out all over the country, we are still close. My father received a phone call in late August telling him our 16 year old cousin Carlee Morse was missing. She had walked out of her apartment with her mom's permission, no shoes, no money, and a ten minute time limit to make a call. Her mother Lori was tired and fell asleep, waking an hour later to discover that Carlee had not come back in. A search of the area turned up nothing. The police were called, but of course all they said was she ran away, give her time and she will make contact. Lori didn't believe it. Days turned into weeks ans weeks into months with no contact. Finally a few days before Christmas, the family got the news they dreaded, Carlee was dead. She had been kidnapped and killed by two men she trusted. The men confessed to choking my little 90lb cousin to death. They refuse to tell where her body is so we can have a decent funeral for her.

Now the really great part of this whole sick twisted story. These two confessed murders went to court for the preliminary part of the case and the courtroom was filled with supporters, for them! Really? Please, give me a break. People there saying they are good guys, just got in with a bad crowd. No, a person who has friends who drink and begin drinking or doing drugs got in with the wrong crowd. A grown man who will kidnap and strangle a 16 year old child are sick demented scum.

Okay deep breath. The family wants to bury Carlee in Tennessee, in the cemetery where our family members are buried. A fund has been set up to help Lori do this. Donations for the Carlee Jade Morse Memorial Fund can be mailed to P.O. Box 871100, Canton, Michigan 48187. You can also donate at the Chase Bank located at 45345 West Ford Road in Canton. You can also google her name for more info on the case.

Thanks for listening to me. Please, if you have children, grab them and hug them. You never know what tomorrow will bring.
